WORKING STATUS REPORT

We have now been open for a month and a half and we've pretty well worked the kinks out.  The first week of business we were slammed and grateful for it!  The flip side of that was that all of the kinks were right out in the open for everyone to see.  We took it in stride given that we had overcome quite a big hurdle early on that left us short on training time.

For those of you that don't know . . . our chef quit the night before training was to begin. Yikes!  Luckily good friends came to our aid.  That situation ultimately lead us to our current Executive Chef Grant Mohr.  Grant is a young chef but his level of experience has fit in wonderfully with our style of restaurant.

The great news is we have a killer menu just recently updated that will be posted to the website soon. In addition to that we are now open all day (no longer closed from 3-5pm) and open on Sundays 8am - 3pm!

It is now time to turn our focus to marketing this great little spot that we have! We are working on that in the background but word of mouth is always the best.  If you haven't made it in to see us yet, get your butt in here!   . . . and if you have, spread the word for us.  As always, thanks for your support and we look forward to serving you again soon!
